How gloss is made

Light needs a
smooth surface.

A woman with long red hair in a dark room, one hand lifting a lock away from her templeCopper strands backlit in amber light against black, every hair edged in goldLong, glossy brown hair falling over one shoulder as a woman looks down in warm low light
I · Cleanse

Lift the film, keep the oils

Dullness is mostly residue: hard water, silicones, the last week of styling. Seta Cleanse lifts it with a rice-amino lather that leaves the hair’s own lipids where they belong.

II · Smooth

Lay every scale flat

A raised cuticle scatters light like frosted glass. Latte Velluto and the Lacca Profonda mask close it from root to tip, so each strand becomes a tiny, even mirror.

III · Seal

Finish with liquid gold

Two drops of Lustro Gloss Elixir, warmed between the palms and pressed through damp lengths, hold that smoothness for days. Nothing greasy, nothing heavy — just reflection.

The collection

Everything from the trolley,
bottled.

Cleanse, condition, treat, seal. Most people begin with the elixir, the mask and the set that holds them both.

Every texture has
its own gloss.

A coil needs moisture sealed in; a fine straight lock needs weightless slip. Tell the hair finder your curl pattern, thickness and the one thing you would change, and our colourists answer with three steps and a price.

A letter from the chair

“Shine is not a finish. It is what healthy hair does in good light.”

For nineteen years I glossed hair one client at a time on Via Sottoriva. Lustrare is everything I reach for on the trolley, made so that you can repeat it at home between visits — the same formulas, the same order, the same patience.
