An hour that lasts a season.
It begins with your hair dry, under a daylight lamp, while your colourist reads its pattern, its porosity and where the light breaks on it. Then the full ritual at the basin — cleanse, a warm-towel mask, a cool rinse — and the elixir pressed in strand by strand.
You leave with your hair finished and a handwritten regimen card. The €85 is returned as credit against any products you take home that day.
I came in for a trim and left understanding my own hair for the first time in thirty years.
