Our overnight balm needs six weeks for the plum kernel oil to settle, and the September batch sold through in nine days. Leave your email and we will write the morning it is poured — €44, the price stays the same.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
€4.90 anywhere in the EU, free on orders over €60. Orders placed before 14:00 leave Verona the same day and arrive in two to four working days, tracked.
Can I return something I have opened?
Yes, once per formula. If it does not suit your hair within thirty days, send it back half-used and we refund it in full — then suggest something that will.
Are the formulas safe on colour-treated hair?
They were made for it. Ottavia is a colourist first: none of the eight contain sulphates, and Seta Cleanse is pH 5.2 so the cuticle — and your tone — stays closed.
Do you send samples?
Every order carries two 8 ml sachets chosen from your hair finder answers, so the next formula you try is one you have already felt in your hands.
